"I drive"

Today Graesen and I were getting ready to leave for the store.  I told him we were going to get in the car.  He said, "I drive!"  I said, "No, you ride.  I drive."  He continued to say, "I drive, I drive" and started to cry when I told him he couldn't.  What kind of 1 year old thinks he can drive the car?  I am in trouble with this one!

Graesen and I are enjoying spring break.  We spent a lot of time just playing in his room today.  We had another Easter egg hunt and Graesen tried some bunny ears out.  We also went to the park.  Graesen found a basketball that someone had left and spent a lot of time throwing it down a little hill then running to get it.  He seems to really like basketball, and any time he sees a basketball or a hoop he says "ba-ball" very excitedly.

This is the face Graesen makes when he sees something he thinks is cute (i.e. bunny, cat, puppy).  He makes this face then tries to tickle the picture or stuffed animal.  In this picture I believe he was petting the bunny ears.  The kid loves bunnies (he totally got that from me).
