I worked this morning and then met Evan and Graesen at the doctor's office. We got Graesen his flu shot today. It was so sad. He started crying and trying to run away as soon as he saw the nurse. I guess he remembered her from the last set of shots. We carried him in and he kept crying, "I'm scared! I'm scared!" Afterwards he kept saying "ouchy." Luckily a sticker cheered him up very quickly. So did a trip to the bouncy house place before daddy had to leave for work. I am so glad I bought the groupon for 6 visits, because it has been rainy lately and I love for Graesen to burn some energy.
I also had to go by some door knob covers today to make it really hard for Graesen to open the doors to the outside of the house. Our front door has a dead bolt up really high, but I don't trust Graesen to not pull a chair up to unlock it. Our back door is blocked off by a baby gate (the dead bolt is low on it), but Graesen figured out how to climb the baby gate in his room (I put one up at night so that if he wakes up he can't just walk around) last night. I want to find some little door alarms but haven't been able to find any yet.
