Hair cut and snow

Graesen jumps in leaves every chance he gets.  Evan tried to get them all put into bags today before work, but he only got about half way done.  Our trees still have a lot of leaves on them and so we are still getting large amounts coming down.  Graesen cannot walk by them on the way to the car without stopping to rake or jump in them.

I took Graesen to a kids place to get his hair cut today.  I didn't know there was one in town until about a week ago when my mom found a coupon in the paper.  Graesen did really well.  Taking him to a kid place made all the difference, especially since he got to sit in a train and play with a box full of cars and trucks.  He didn't like the thing they drape over you, so we didn't push it and he left with some rather hairy clothes :)

The rest of it went really well.  He got a little nervous a couple of times and wasn't too fond of the blow drier, but he did okay and his hair looks cute.  Afterward he talked about it a lot and acted like he liked it.

We ran some errands after the hair cut.  It started to snow just a little bit between two stores.  When we came out of the grocery store my car was covered in snow!  Graesen said, "Mommy, your car turned into a snowman!"  He really surprises me with what he comprehends and is able to say :)
When we got home he watched the snow fall outside the window.  Don't you just love the toddler handprints all over the window? :)
