Running in the cold

I attempted a run with Graesen today.  It was not pretty.  Between my mouth hurting, the antibiotics making me feel nauseated, and my chronic ITband injury bothering me big time, it was probably a laughable sight.  The fresh air, however, was nice.  Graesen liked the run, but was not too fond of having to wear mittens.  It made it too hard for him to hold a car in each hand.
