Workout video

I ran out of time to fit in a run this afternoon before it got dark out, so I decided to do a workout video instead.  Graesen likes to join me for the workouts :)

We are visiting at my parents' house tonight waiting for my sister and her family to get in.  I went downstairs to talk to my mom for a minute while Graesen and Phoebe were playing upstairs.  When I came upstairs they were on the kitchen floor singing the clean up song, and attempting to clean up the almost 2 dozen eggs they had pulled out of the refridgerator.  They were in trouble, but I have to admit, I was having a hard time not laughing.  I mean they were singing the clean up song and attempting to fix it :)
